Information for Researchers

News?

The Oxford Kafka Research Centre is a digital centre devoted to promoting all facets of research on Kafka’s life and letters. One of our main aims is to make available information about current Kafka research projects, mainly through our blog and news sections. Do you have an item for our news section? The Manuscripts

The Bodleian Library holds a majority of Kafka manuscripts, including diaries, aphorisms, letters and postcards, a small number of photographs, and the notebooks containing Das Schloss (MSS. Kafka 34-39) and Der Verschollene (MSS. Kafka 15-17). More information about the manuscripts held by the Bodleian (including a PDF version of the entire catalogue) and how to access them, can be found here.
